What does on demand production mean?
It means that we don’t have any stock of finished products, and we print your order just for you, after you’ve placed it.
I got the wrong print/size or I feel the quality is not up to standard
We offer a reprint of the product or a refund. You keep the old product as well.
If you want to make a refund or get a new product, contact us with pictures and a short description of the problem.
How do I get my receipt?
Contact us to get the receipt connected to your order.
Can I change my order?
Since the product is produced on demand, we cannot accept any changes to the order.
What are the delivery options?
We have standard delivery available for you, which will be around 5-8 working days. You can track this right up until delivery

If the double estimated time of arrival (ETA) has passed, we offer a reprint of the product or a refund.
Exchanges and Returns
Please note that Zeitgeist items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores. Because Zeitgeist products are printed on-demand, these items are non-refundable. If your Zeitgeist items are defective or damaged, please contact Weekday Customer Service.
